BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Sheila O'Kelley, Executive Director

Sheila is a graduate of El Paso Community College (TX) and, through her experiences, has developed a passion to help families in need. As a promoter of volunteering, she is a member of the Fayetteville-Cumberland Advisory Council for Persons with Disabilities and works continuously within the community to bring awareness and positive change benefiting persons with disabilities. Sheila is also a community-member of the Cumberland County Consumer & Family Advisory Committee (NC). Additionally, Sheila is an author and speaker and enjoys dedicating her talents and time to her local church.

Evelyn McNair, Assistant Director/Treasurer

Evelyn is a graduate of the College of New Rochelle (New Rochelle, NY) and is a certified social worker through the State of North Carolina with 35 years of work experience between the Department of Social Services in New York City and Cumberland County (NC). After retirement, Evelyn worked as a mentor for young girls with the Care Network (Fayetteville, NC). She is presently on the Board for Southwest Cumberland County Citizens Planning Committee (Hope Mills, NC). Evelyn also offers her services at her local church where she is a faithful member.

William O'Kelley, Board Member

William is currently a Sergeant Major in the U.S. Army with over 24 years of service and works in varying degrees of personnel and project management. He obtained his Associate’s degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from GA Perimeter College and has completed the academic requirements for his Bachelor of Professional Studies degree in Business and Management with Excelsior College(NY). William's goal is to obtain a Master’s degree in Public Administration (Non-Profit Management) and International Management.
